We are New England's most comprehensive non-surgical medical weight managment program. Our physicians, nurse practitioner, nutritionists, and medical assistants work together as your support team. It is our mission to help you achieve your best possible health.

We will give you the guidance, knowledge, tools, and support you need for long term success. Our team will perform a comprehensive bariatric evaluation, including an analysis of your medical history and medications, weight history, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle factors, and then design your customized plan. Our physician will evaluate medical issues related to your excess weight, and may prescribe FDA approved medication as needed.

Meet Privately with Dr. Warren and Dr. Stern, who will help you achieve your healthy weight.
We offer a team approach with onsite nutritionist, nurse practitioner, and medical assistants. Research has shown greater success when physicians and nutritionists work together in one office, providing the best support for you.
We provide an easy-to-follow customized eating plan, using real food from the grocery store, or you may choose our "Fast Track" program using medically formulated meal replacements for convenient nutrition. We also have a selection of foods that are gluten free, natural, and vegetarian.
As much support as you need - without requiring weekly meetings. You only need to see us every two weeks for the first two months, then once per month. However you may come in, call, or email for extra support, at no extra charge.
Low cost per visit with no contract.
Safe, FDA approved prescription medications are available for selected patients to control hunger and cravings, to "jump start" the program.
